Terms and Conditions (B2B)
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions regulate the legal relationship between the Seller, based in Paraguay (holder of RUC: 912.0586-7), operating the online store www.opplloo.com, and the Buyer – a business entity (B2B). The Seller offers professional cosmetic devices intended exclusively for business use.
2. Orders and Contract Formation
An order becomes binding once it is submitted by the Buyer via the online store. The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed after the payment is received on the Seller's account.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are listed without VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery is carried out under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning customs duties and VAT are covered by the supplier in China. Payment is made in advance to the Seller's account.
4. Delivery of Goods
The goods are shipped directly from China to the Buyer's address. Delivery times are approximate and depend on the shipping carrier. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.
5. Warranty (B2B)
As this is a B2B transaction, EU consumer protection does not apply. The Seller provides a 12 month warranty unless a different arrangement is made in writing. The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt and report any defects without undue delay.
6. Claims and Spare Parts
In case of a defect, the Buyer must provide photo or video documentation. The Seller may offer: - a replacement part, - a partial refund, - a replacement unit. All shipping costs related to returning defective goods or sending spare parts are borne by the Buyer.
7. Withdrawal from the Contract
As this is a B2B sale, the Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Withdrawal is only possible based on mutual agreement between the parties.
8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR – B2B)
The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data exclusively for order processing. Data may be shared with the supplier to the extent necessary for delivery. The Seller is the data controller.
The Buyer has the right to: - access their data, - correct their data, - request deletion of their data, - restrict processing.
9. Liability
The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the devices, incorrect installation, or third party interference.
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes should first be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, the applicable law will be the law of the Seller's country or another jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties.
